To ensure intentional shopping, order cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
Phantom Cat is sustained by a small, thriving women-led studio of independent local artisans, and we do not encourage impulse purchases. Every piece is made and packed against a confirmed order, and last-minute cancellations directly impact our team.
Order cancellation requests may be submitted within 24 hours by contacting us via email at help@phantomcat.shop.
Order cancellations are eligible for store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered to maintain fairness and efficiency.
NOTE: Orders cannot be canceled once they have finished processing for dispatch.

We are unable to amend orders once they have been dispatched. Kindly ensure you review all information carefully as you proceed through checkout.
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. By placing an order with Phantom Cat, you agree to the terms below.
Filing a Claim

To file a claim, kindly write to us at help@phantomcat.shop within 7 days of receipt of your order.

An unboxing video is mandatory for missing-item claims and must show the sealed parcel being opened in one continuous shot.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are not offered for personal preference or subjective expectations regarding aesthetic or quality of recieved items. Exchanges are offered only in instances of actual error(s) in packing or fulfilment of orders eg. missing item(s) or incorrect item(s).
Approved Claims
For approved claims, a reverse pickup will be arranged within 1–2 working days (subject to courier performance), and a replacement will be dispatched within 48 working hours of the returned parcel being received and verified as eligible.
NOTE:

Refund will be issued only where, due to exceptional circumstances, a replacement cannot be dispatched. Freight charges are non-refundable.

Customers with repeated incidents of failure to accept orders may have their accounts flagged, and Phantom Cat reserves the right to decline future orders.

Customers engaging in disorderly, unreasonable, or abusive conduct, or making repeated fraudulent claims, may be blacklisted without prior warning. Phantom Cat reserves the right to cease all communication with such individuals going forward.
Delivery Partners
We partner with leading logistics companies, including Delhivery, DTDC, Amazon, and Ekart to ensure all orders are delivered securely and on time.
Delivery Estimate
Our standard delivery times range from 1 to 8 days, depending on the delivery location and courier performance.
Non-Delivery Claims
Customers must report undelivered orders within 24 hours of delivery status update for escalation. Failure to do so may result in the Proof of Delivery (POD) becoming unavailable, limiting our ability to assist further.
Undelivered Orders
In case the customer fails to receive their order, it will be marked as RTO and returned to our studio. For orders marked as RTO, store credit equivalent to the order value minus freight charges will be added to the customer’s account.

All orders are processed for dispatch within 1–3 working days, with delivery times ranging from 1–8 days from dispatch depending on region and courier performance. Each parcel travels a little journey of its own - we appreciate your patience as it finds its way home to you!
Store credit is issued in the form of a digital gift card code sent to your email. To redeem:

Log in/Sign up to your Phantom Cat account with your applicable email ID (Head to Menu --> My Orders.)

Add items to cart and proceed to checkout.

On the payment page, click on “Redeem a gift card”.

Enter your gift card code and apply.
